IRIS APPROVED THREE-DAY STAGING CAREER TRAINING
Each training class lasts three (3) days, and consists of both classroom
learning and field experience staging several rooms in an actual residence.
The training curriculum is detailed and thorough.

The Three-Day Staging Career Training fee is $1795.00, which includes:
- Three days of classroom and on-location staging training in an actual home
- Transportation to on-site home location (if needed)
- Comprehensive training manual with forms, contracts, resources and hand-outs
- Photographs, diagrams and other visual aids
- Continental breakfast, lunches, snacks and beverages each day
- Certificate of Completion in Three-Day Staging Course
- Eligibility to join IRIS (Interior Redesign Industry Specialists) as an Affiliate member with full membership benefits
A $1,000 deposit and your completed Registration form are required to reserve your space in class.
Remaining tuition balance is due 30 days prior to the start of your class.

feel that it would be a lot easier and clearer if you could see a demonstration
and then were able to try it yourself several times and ask questions along the

the ins and outs of Staging.
- You get to take an active role in Staging in an actual residence and
see first hand how wonderfully these techniques work.
- You can take photos of the way the rooms look both before and after the
Staging transformation, so that you can start creating your portfolio.
- You learn and practice some of the practical aspects, such
as the correct ways to hang artwork and repair minor wall damage.
- You will learn all about accessorizing, how it gives your Staging the
"wow" effect, and why you cannot "put the icing on the cake until you've made
it!"
- You learn what you need to do to operate a successful business, and the
best ways to do it. You will receive tips and advice on marketing, advertising
and promoting your business, accounting systems, record keeping, business and
legal issues, as well as ways to avoid pitfalls.
